We serve only one group per day in a private room, and we offer three types of "ultimate chef's choice courses": [Kanae Course] 10 dishes for 30,000 yen, [Kare Course] 11 dishes for 40,000 yen, and [Elegant Course] 12 dishes for 50,000 yen. The courses, which use carefully selected seasonal ingredients including Matsusaka beef, are centered around sashimi, charcoal-grilled and seared dishes, with dishes that are conscious of palate cleansing in between. Please enjoy with all your senses, including the live performance of the chefs.

We offer pairings of carefully selected wines and sake to go with our chef's course meals, which change every time. We offer a "wine and sake pairing" service for 10,000 yen, but if you would like to order drinks a la carte, please let us know in advance. You can enjoy different pairings every time to go with the course, which uses seasonal ingredients, and experience the marriage of food and sake.
