[Notes on the day of the event]

The travel time for this activity is approximately 3.5-4 hours.

Please arrive at the ticket counter No. 8 on the first floor of the Fishermen's Association Building 30 minutes before the event to check in on time

This fee does not include Guishan Island landing cleaning fee

The fee is collected by the Northeast Scenic Area Management Office of the Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Transport entrusted by the boat operator. Please pay on site at the counter.

Guishan Island cleaning fee is charged as follows:

. Adult NT$100

. Children (3-11 years old) NT$50/person

. Infants (0-2 years old) are free

. Free for those over 65 on weekdays, RMB 50 on holidays

. Free for those with a disability certificate and one accompanying person

. Residents registered in Yilan County are free of charge

Please have your identity documents ready so that the coast guard can refer to them when necessary.

This itinerary includes whale watching activities, which may vary daily due to walruses, weather, and whale behavior. Therefore, there is no guarantee that whales and dolphins will be sighted. Passengers are not allowed to request refunds on this basis. Please be informed.

 

[Countermeasures against seasickness]

Guests who are worried about seasickness should bring their own seasickness medicine. Not available on board or at the port

Please take the medicine according to the instructions on the package of seasickness medicine. Taking the medicine too early or too late will affect the effect.

Please get enough sleep the night before the event. Fatigue increases symptoms of seasickness

Before the activity, you can reduce the size of your meals and avoid drinking dairy products, soy milk and other drinks that may cause seasickness.

 

[Itinerary changes and cancellations]

Check the sea conditions for the next day at 16:30 every day. If the wind and wave conditions are not suitable for sailing or docking at Guishan Island the day before or on the day of the activity, you can choose to postpone or refund. **

Fees for cancellation due to personal reasons

Cancellation more than 7 days before the selected date will incur a 5% handling fee

Cancellation between 2 and 6 days before the selected date will incur a 50% handling fee

Cancellation between 0 and 1 day of the selected date is non-refundable

The original schedule of this activity is about 3 hours. However, when fine-tuning the navigation and navigation speed due to ocean currents, weather or various external factors, there may be a time error of about 10-30 minutes, please forgive us.
