- Regular Sessions: 11:30 / 13:30 / 15:30 (Available from now until 2019 / 10 / 14)
- Sunset Session: 17:00 (Available from now until 2019 / 08 / 25)
・Duration: Approximately 90 minutes.
・Return Information: Same as the departure point.
・How to Get There: From JR Otaru Station, walk towards the sea for about 10 minutes to reach the Otaru Canal, then walk left for about 400 meters.

・Blue Cave Sightseeing Cruise
The dreamlike Blue Cave is a mysterious landscape formed by years of seawater erosion and sunlight filtering in at the perfect angle. This masterpiece of nature adds a touch of mysterious romance to the port city of Otaru. Ride a small boat through the blue cave and discover unexpected surprises along the way. During the 90-minute cruise, you may even have the chance to encounter birds and other adorable wildlife! In addition to the Blue Cave, you can also view the Otaru Aquarium from the sea, as well as the site of a former amusement park and a park formed by volcanic activity.

Reminders

  • Please show your voucher at the designated place 10 minutes before departure to complete the check-in procedures.

  • Please note that there are no restrooms on board.

  • If the waves are too high on the day of departure, the itinerary may be canceled and you can change the flight or get a full refund.

  • It will operate as usual in rainy days, and raincoats will be provided free of charge on site.

  • The boat is open-air, without shelter, please pay attention to prevent heatstroke and keep warm.

  • If the ship fails to reach the cave due to force majeure after sailing, half of the fee will be refunded, please be informed.

  • Each adult can bring one child under the age of 3 free of charge. If there is more than one child, a child ticket is required

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
