- Adult tickets are valid for visitors aged 12 and above.
- Children aged 12 and above who are attending primary school are eligible for child tickets.
- This ticket can be purchased for a maximum of 4 people, but all users must travel together and cannot travel separately. If you need to travel alone, please purchase tickets individually.
- Unused tickets that are still valid can be cancelled. There is no cancellation fee.

- To purchase and use an e-ticket, you must use a smartphone and credit card. All mobile data charges incurred during the purchase and use of the ticket are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Electronic tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other tickets or IC card tickets. They cannot be used at fare adjustment machines.
- To use, please go through a QR Code-enabled ticket gate.
- If you would like a refund before using your subscription, please contact KKday. Please note that refunds are not available after clicking the "Start Using" button.
- Please note that railway operators (activity providers) may suspend or interrupt all or part of the e-ticket service due to disasters or other reasons without prior notice.
- Even after use begins, the railway operator (activity provider) may refund or process electronic tickets provided under this ticket service if it deems it necessary.
- If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, electronic device failure, unstable communication service, etc., you will not be able to use this service. In this case, you will need to pay the normal fare for the section from entry to exit.
- This ticket is valid for one day, from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day. Please be sure to click the "Start Using" button after 3:00 AM on the day of the event. Please note that if you click the "Start Using" button between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, your ticket will expire at 3:00 AM on the same day.
- The relevant handling methods are all in accordance with the provisions of the transportation contract.
