If your flight is delayed, please contact local agency immediately to rearrange pick-up service. If you do not contact local agency and arrive after your grace period, you will be considered a no-show and service will be forfeited without refund
In accordance with Thai law, all passengers are required to wear seat belts. Overloading is strictly now allowed, driver has right to refuse service to groups that do not align with the number of people provided when booking
