- Children under 15 requires an adult to sign consent at check-in.
- Single jumper weight - Bungy Jumpers must weigh between 35kg – 150kg, regardless of if they are jumping by themselves or in tandem. (A max weight of 130kg applies when river levels are high. If in doubt, contact our Reservation Centre for conditions on the day).
- Travelers must certify that they have none of the following health issues that would preclude participation: epilepsy, bone disease, scoliosis, high blood pressure, heart conditions, acrophobia, asthma, pregnancy, etc.
- Tandem Bungy is subject to river levels being low or normal
- Please provide your full name in English as it appears on your passport during booking. Please note that the on-site staff have the right to refuse your participation for failure to do so.
- Travelers are recommended to take out insurance before their departure

- So you're keen to touch the water? Water touch is possible at Kawarau Bridge Bungy, however it's not guaranteed because of factors beyond our control (like the river level).
- When you check-in for your activity, let your jump master know you'd like a water touch and they'll see what they can do.

We recommend all customers are well rested, hydrated and have recently eaten before commencing their activity
Activities may be canceled due to inclement weather conditions. Please note that refunds will not be granted if customers decline the experience due to private reasons
