Senzoku 'Shiro no Fuji' is famous for its chicken chanko hot pot made with 'Awaodori' chicken, widely considered to have the best meat quality in Japan. We serve our hot pot overflowing with vegetables. We always stock over 8 types of sake, including rare varieties, and offer a wide selection of drinks such as premium whiskies and specialty fruit wines. Our courses with all-you-can-drink options are perfect for various banquets. The restaurant features semi-private rooms and horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) seating. Please join us for any occasion.
The meat is low in fat, rich, sweet and tasty, and has just the right amount of firmness. It is served with rich chicken stock that has been simmered for six hours.
In addition to the hot pot, we also recommend our a la carte dishes. Our proud and highly recommended item is the "raw tuna" that we carefully select from a tuna wholesaler. We recommend the "seasonal sashimi platter" as well as the single or two-piece red and fatty tuna dishes◎. We also have other special dishes such as "rare beef cutlet" and "fisherman's shellfish bath." How about having some with your drink?
The drinks lineup includes beer, highballs, sake, shochu, sours, and more, sure to satisfy even the most alcoholic drinkers! In particular, the sake lineup focuses on seasonally recommended brands. There are also two types of all-you-can-drink plans with draft beer, both for 2 hours and 3 hours, which are excellent value for money. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
