Tachikawa Kushiage En is a Showa-retro style kushiage izakaya. We offer a wide variety of our signature kushiage, made with carefully selected ingredients and our special batter, including popular items like 'liver cutlet' and 'ham cutlet,' as well as meat, fish, vegetables, and unique options like cheese. Please enjoy them with our specialty beers or our selection of limited-edition and rare sake sourced directly from breweries. With a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era, our restaurant is perfect for everything from a quick solo drink to private bookings!
Our proud skewers are made with carefully selected ingredients, including those delivered directly from the farms. The oil is a blend of two types of cholesterol-free oil, which makes the skewers crispy and crunchy without causing stomach upset◎We have a wide variety of skewers, including the ever-popular "liver cutlet" and "ham cutlet," as well as other unique skewers with meat, fish, vegetables, cheese, and more.
