Our yakitori is made by skilled craftsmen using high-quality domestic chicken and duck, slowly grilled with Okinawan sun-dried salt and Kishu Binchotan charcoal from Wakayama, until it is full of flavor. We also stock carefully selected brands of shochu and sake, as well as seasonal varieties. Enjoy a relaxing moment with delicious yakitori and alcohol... We are always waiting for you. *Due to the structure of the building, the air conditioning is very weak. We ask for your understanding when making a reservation or visiting the restaurant.
The counter prioritizes face-to-face service. Enjoy the food and delicious seasonal sake while having pleasant conversations between customers and chefs. We use domestic brand chickens, Beni Fuji Chicken and Tsukuba Sakura Chicken. They are seasoned only with Okinawan salt and slowly grilled over binchotan charcoal. This yakitori will please both health-conscious customers and those who want to enjoy delicious meat!
