Purchase Notice
• If your trip exceeds the scheduled time due to changes or additions to your planned destinations or traffic congestion, you will be charged an additional fee. Please pay the fee to the driver or guide in local currency (NT$) at the end of the charter.
• Please note that there is a possibility of slightly earlier or later arrival times depending on traffic conditions, so please use this as a guide only.
Reminders
・Notes regarding carrying luggage: Please write the size and quantity of your luggage in the comments section.
・If there are delays due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may have to cancel visits to some spots. In that case, please contact customer service. We will process a partial refund in accordance with our policy.
・In the event of bad weather such as a typhoon or snowstorm, we will notify you by email one day before departure (20:30 local time) whether the trip will be canceled or not.
・To avoid delays to your trip, please arrive at the designated location 5 minutes early. Please note that we will not wait for you if you are late.
・Taiwan experiences a lot of rain throughout the year, so we recommend that you bring an umbrella with you when joining the tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelación confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor. Espere de 2 a 5 días hábiles para procesar su solicitud de cancelación, tras lo cual se cobrará la tarifa de cancelación según la política del producto.
