The resort features different zones suitable for families and skiers of all levels, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the winter scenery.

- Each person is entitled to one piece of luggage for free, with no size limit. Additional pieces cost 2,000 JPY each, payable on-site. Please inform us in advance when booking. If you fail to notify us and the vehicle becomes overcrowded, the driver/guide reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided.
- The tour guide will not contact passengers in advance. Please proceed to the meeting point on the day of the tour and check in with the guide or staff member wearing a yellow vest or holding a yellow GOGODAY flag. Please cooperate and follow the guide's instructions.
- Reference Vehicles: 5–8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9–14 seater: Toyota Hiace or equivalent; 18–22 seater: minibus; 22+ seater: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only; the actual vehicle will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day.

Skiing is a high-intensity sport with certain risks. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance applicable to skiing activities before departure.
In the event of a collision with another skier, only on-site translation will be provided to assist with communication; related medical expenses and compensation costs must be borne by the individual.
This is a fixed-route shared tour. Tourists participating in this tour must adhere to the time allotted at each attraction and follow the instructions of the driver/guide.
If you leave the group midway through the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no refund will be given. You will be solely responsible for any personal safety or property problems arising from leaving the group on your own.
Please note that no refunds will be given for absences or terminations of the trip due to personal reasons, lateness, or other reasons.
Due to the unpredictable nature of traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day of travel, actual arrival times for each itinerary may vary. If the number of participants is small on the day of the tour, a small vehicle will be used, with the driver also acting as the tour leader.
