Product Info

Day 1: Fairbanks Airport Pickup - Aurora Viewing at a Cabin
Airport Pickup: Fairbanks International Airport. Pickup Time: 13:00 – 21:00 (based on flight arrival time).
Each booking includes one complimentary airport pickup service on the day of arrival. Guests arriving on similar flights will share the same shuttle, which may result in a short wait at the airport. We appreciate your understanding.
After arrival, check into your hotel to rest. If you do not require airport pickup, please proceed to the hotel on your own to check in (check-in time for hotels in Alaska is after 15:00).
As night falls, to avoid urban light pollution, we plan to depart at 22:00 for our carefully selected Aurora viewing cabin*. Its prime location increases your chances of witnessing the Northern Lights. Our professional Aurora guide will introduce you to the Northern Lights, assist with camera settings, and share photography tips to help you capture stunning photos. The cabin offers complimentary hot drinks, coffee, and an Aurora monitoring screen, allowing you to wait for the Northern Lights in warmth (1st Aurora viewing, included). We expect to return to the hotel around 02:00 the next morning.
You may choose to upgrade to an Aurora Glass Igloo experience at your own expense. Each glass igloo offers an unobstructed view, providing guests with an exceptional viewing experience. The rooms are well-equipped: full-floor heating ensures warmth and comfort; American-style breakfast, private showers, and 24-hour hot water are provided. The bathroom is equipped with high-altitude hair dryers and practical amenities, significantly enhancing your stay.
For the 3 nights of Aurora viewing included in the original itinerary, you may choose to upgrade one night to an Aurora Glass Igloo viewing + stay. We recommend guests bring only light luggage, as your original hotel room will be reserved for you, making it convenient to store large items.
*Warm Reminder: Hotel room availability is limited. Please confirm available dates with customer service before placing your order.

Day 3: North Pole - Museum of the North / Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center - Aurora Chasing
Enjoy a leisurely morning at the hotel. We will depart from the designated hotel at 13:00 to visit the famous North Pole, also known as the 'Santa Claus House.' To create a festive atmosphere, a 16-meter-tall Santa Claus statue and 2-meter-tall polar bear and reindeer statues have been erected, and many public facilities are decorated with Christmas themes, making you feel as if you are in a fairy tale world. Afterward, you will follow your guide to the Museum of the North* on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus, the best place to learn about the mysterious Arctic world and the lives of early locals. The museum's exterior, with its white lines and curves, mimics the snow-covered Arctic landscape and reflects dazzling light under the sun, making it one of Fairbanks' landmarks. The museum is divided into various galleries, providing detailed information on the Arctic's geographical and historical changes, and displaying precious Arctic animal specimens (Blue Babe, mammoth, a nearly 3-meter-tall brown bear, etc.) that we usually only see in books. We will then return you to the hotel to rest. (If the Museum of the North is closed, you will visit the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center instead, and the $15 admission fee for the Museum of the North will be refunded on-site.)
As night falls, to avoid urban light pollution, we plan to depart at 22:00 to the areas surrounding Fairbanks. Our professional Aurora guide will take you to the most promising locations based on the day's weather, the direction of the Aurora, and their extensive experience in chasing the lights. During the trip, we will introduce you to the Northern Lights, assist with camera settings, and share photography tips to help you capture stunning photos (3rd Aurora viewing, included). We expect to return to the hotel around 02:00 the next morning.
