- Cancellations due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances on the day of the match are not subject to this restriction. Refunds for match tickets can only be processed on the day of the match at the advance ticket counter next to Gate 9 of Hanshin Koshien Stadium. Please be sure to present your match ticket when processing the refund. If the match is cancelled, please be sure to apply for a refund.
