- Please note that travelers are not allowed to carry hard luggage (including carry-on suitcases). Please prepare your own backpack or other soft bags for this tour. Failure to comply may result in an admission decline
- Complying with local laws, children ages 6 and under are required to use a car seat. Please notify us in the "notes" section if any children under the age of 6 will be joining the tour
- Children must be age 5 and above and accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 and older for participation
- The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide reserves the right to adjust the itinerary to accommodate for weather and on-site conditions
- The return time is subject to change depending on traffic conditions. Travelers are strongly advised to refrain from arranging activities and flights other than this tour to avoid delays
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- Please provide an active contact number when booking so we can get hold of you in the event of an emergency
- A 15-seater van will be used for transportation. Due to space limitations, please provide additional optional dates so that we will help arrange the tour
- Please note that Antelope Canyon is a conservation area. You will need to be led by a local English-speaking tour guide for this portion of the tour
Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
Please note that the itinerary is for reference only. In the case of attraction closures due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances such as adverse traffic or weather conditions, the local tour company has the right to modify or cancel the itinerary without prior notice or compensation

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
