Program Information (Approximately 3 hours)
ā Food ingredient market tour with chef (Approximatley 1 hour from 10am)
Take a tour of Gyeongdong market, which is a largest food ingredient market in Korea, look and pick seasonal ingredients together.
ā” Korean home meal Cooking Class (Approximately 1.5 hours)
You will learn a total of three seasonal Korean dishes and you will make them with the chef.
ā¢ Thursday : Korean home meal Cooking Class (Bulgogi Japchae, Korean pancake, Seasonal soup)
ā¢ Friday : Kimchi master class (make napa cabbage kimchi, seasonal kimchi, and a variety of dishes using kimchi, Suyuk)
ā» The menu and ingredients may change depending on the season.
ā» Side dishes and Makgeolli tasting are included.
ā» Each person makes their own food.
ā» All menus can be changed to halal and vegetarian menus.
ā¢ Happy meal time together (Approximately 0.5 hours)

Due to the saftey feature of cooking class where using fire and knife, over 14 years old can participate in.
The market tour will proceed on foot for about an hour. We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
If you have heavy luggage, it may be difficult to move, so we recommend you to bring only light luggage.
Class will proceed even if it rains or snows.
Tour and class will be proceed in English.
