Otaru Station is a 5-minute walk away. Kimonos are available in a wide range of sizes and styles. All rental packages include kimono accessories, zori sandals and dressing services at no extra cost. Whether you are a couple, family or group, you can enjoy the service, and we can also prepare the styles you like according to the preferences of foreign guests. Let's make beautiful memories of wearing beautiful kimonos, Japan's traditional culture, in romantic Otaru!
— Process Introduction —
- Please bring your voucher 10 minutes before the experience time on the day.
- Kimono selection (approximately 10 minutes).
- Kimono dressing (10-15 minutes).
- After changing into kimono, experience according to the package time (1 hour or 3 hours).
- Return to the store to change clothes (approximately 10 minutes).

Purchase Notice
- When renting a kimono, you can store your luggage for free.
- The staff can provide basic English services.
- Hair accessories are provided free of charge for children under 6 years old, but advance notice is required when making a reservation.
- If the kimono is obviously soiled or damaged due to human factors, you will be liable for compensation.

Reminders
We rent out the entire kimono set, so you don't need to bring anything with you. We cannot provide kimonos or yukatas that are around 100 cm in waist and hip size.
From June to September, you can experience wearing a yukata. In addition, you can experience wearing a kimono.
Guests who wish to wear hakama must pay 5,500 yen on site.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
