What You Can Expect

- [8:30 / 10:30] Please arrive at Heshikiya Port 30 minutes before the ferry departure time. *Please allow extra time for your journey as there may be traffic congestion.
- Please pick up your ferry ticket at the Heshikiya District Passenger Waiting Area at Heshikiya Port.
- [9:00 / 11:00] Ferry departure
- [9:30 / 11:30] Upon arrival at Tsuken Port, you will be guided from the Tsuken Port parking lot to the activity site by the Tsuken Island Sea Cruise bus.
- [9:40 / 11:40] Arrive at the activity site. Prepare and change clothes.
- Once you are ready, you can enjoy Clear SUP and BBQ at your leisure.
- Enjoy Clear SUP at your preferred time.

- [14:00 / 16:30] Time to start getting ready for your return.
- [14:30 / 17:00] You will be taken to Tsuken Port by the Tsuken Island Sea Cruise bus.

- [15:30 / 17:45] Arrival at Heshikiya Port. Have a safe trip home.

Outbound boat: ① Departs 09:00, arrives 09:30 / ② Departs 11:00, arrives 11:30 Return boat: ① Departs 15:00, arrives 15:30 / *② Departs 17:30, arrives 17:45 *The return boat departing at 17:30 is an additional 200 yen due to the high-speed ferry.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Minors participating alone will need parental consent.

Reminders
On the day, please arrive at Heshikiya Port 30 minutes before the ferry departure time.
On the day of your trip, please present your reservation name or voucher at the Heshikiya District Passenger Waiting Area at Heshikiya Port. You will be given your ferry boarding ticket.
Ferries depart on time, so please contact us if you miss your scheduled departure.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for late arrivals. Please allow plenty of time to get to the bus as there may be traffic jams.
The plan will be decided depending on the sea conditions on the day. If the plan is cancelled, we will contact you in advance.
The tour will be held in case of rain, but the time schedule may change depending on the sea conditions. Also, if the sea conditions are bad due to a typhoon, advisory, warning, etc., the tour will be canceled. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee.
In the event of a sudden thunderstorm, etc., the marine menu may be canceled on the day. All marine menu fees will be refunded, but round-trip boat fees and other fees cannot be refunded.

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
