Interrupting or exiting the installation process will cause the eSIM installation to fail, and the eSIM cannot be reissued.
A stable internet connection (WiFi or mobile data) is required for eSIM installation. We recommend installing it before your flight and activating it upon arrival at your destination.
The validity period begins immediately upon eSIM installation. For long-haul or overnight flights, we recommend purchasing an additional day of coverage so you can install the eSIM before departure for the best experience.
Please confirm that your device is suitable for eSIM before purchasing. This product is non-refundable after sending the eSIM QR code.

Before installing eSIM, make sure you are connected to a WiFi or mobile network that can use the Internet, and then scan the QR Code to join the mobile plan. eSIM can be installed in Taiwan first and then activated after arriving at the destination.
The eSIM is valid for 30 days, starting from the first day when the order is placed. Please use it within the validity period. If it is overdue, no refund or extension will be allowed.
A QRcode can only be scanned once with a mobile phone. After binding, the device cannot be changed or deleted. Once deleted, it cannot be rescanned and installed. It needs to be purchased again. If there is a prompt to contact the telecommunications provider or other prompts, please turn off the phone and restart it or contact us. Customer service
Please save this QR Code. Once scanned, it will become invalid and cannot be reissued. Please install it according to the instructions. Do not jump out of the screen during the process to avoid misjudgment by the phone, causing the eSIM plan to be deleted or incorrect.
Calculated in Taiwan time, a day passes midnight at 0:00 Taiwan time (GMT+8), which is not a 24-hour system (number of days calculation method: assuming that the service is activated at 10:00 on the 1st, the first day ends at 23:59 on the 1st)
After placing the order, the voucher will be issued within 48 hours before the selected departure date. Please use it within 30 days after receipt. Otherwise, the voucher will become invalid.
Some mobile phones in China, Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM. Please confirm whether it can be used before purchasing. If the mobile phone model cannot be used, please do not place an order. It cannot be canceled.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
