- Children under 3 years old can participate in this tour for free, but will not occupy a separate seat. If a seat is required, a transportation fee of 30,000 won per person will be charged. If a child is found to be underage, the child tour fee will be charged.
- Please provide your correct contact information (LINE / WhatsApp) when booking. If you fail to provide the correct contact information and are unable to contact us before departure, we regret that we will not be able to offer a refund.
- The tour is pre-selected to be conducted in Chinese or English. Please indicate your preferred language on the payment page. (If the tour is fully booked or the minimum number of participants is not reached, arrangements will be made according to availability. We apologize for any inconvenience.)
- If you are booking separately from your travel companions, please provide the total number of members booking separately and the name of each member in the remarks.
- If the tour cannot proceed due to insufficient participants, we will proactively notify you to reschedule or offer alternative solutions. If you wish to cancel, you can apply for a refund directly on the platform. Please check your email for notifications before departure.

A minimum of 8 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat can ride free. If you are traveling with a child, please inform us in the notes when booking and provide supporting documentation. If you do not inform us in advance or if the age is not accurate, an additional fare of 30,000 KRW per child will be charged.
If you request to reschedule your trip within 3 days of departure due to personal reasons, a handling fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be charged on the day of departure.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. Latecomers will not be allowed to join the event and will not be able to request order modifications, cancellations, or refunds.
Please note that the pick-up time may vary by 10-15 minutes due to traffic conditions.
Winters in Korea are very cold, so please be sure to keep warm by wearing a thick hat, thick gloves, a thick coat, and warm boots.
The actual celebration date will be adjusted based on the weather conditions on that day. Please refer to the schedule for details.
If the weather is bad or the attraction is closed due to other force majeure factors after departure, an alternative attraction will be arranged depending on the situation and no refund will be given.
