- How to use -

【Natural hot spring Naniwa-no-Yu bathing ticket】

• Adult tickets are for middle school students and above, children's tickets are for elementary school students, and infant tickets are for preschool children.
• Naniwa-no-Yu is a public bath-style hot spring facility. The bathing ticket can only be used once a day, and if you need to bathe again, you must pay the bathing fee again.
• Passengers aged from first grade of elementary school onwards must bathe separately for both genders.
  
• Please bring your "QR Code Voucher" to the counter of Naniwa-no-Yu on the day of the event to complete the procedure.
• Lost items will only be kept in the hall for one week. Items that exceed this period will be disposed of. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please refer to the Natural Hot Spring Naniwa-no-Yu Usage Guide before making a reservation.
  
• Anyone considered to be a violent criminal organizer, someone with tattoos (including fake tattoos), or someone who is drunk is strictly prohibited from entering.
• Please put your shoes in the shoe box when entering the clubhouse, and please keep your locker key safe.
• In accordance with the guidelines of the Public Health Center, please do not bring food and drinks into the facilities and bathrooms.
• If you cause a nuisance to other guests, you may be asked to leave.
• People with skin diseases or other infectious diseases are not allowed to participate.
• Please do not bring pets into the venue.

• When taking the subway, you only need to scan the QR code at the ticket gate that supports QR codes to enter and exit the station.
  
• When taking the bus, please scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the verification screen to the driver when getting off.
  
• Please show the QR code on your ticket to the staff when using the discount facilities. If the QR code on your ticket cannot be shown due to system errors, etc., you will not be able to enjoy the discount.
• Please note that if the facility is closed or the QR Code page cannot be displayed, you may not be able to enjoy the discount. In this case, no cancellation or refund request will be accepted.
  
• This pass is not valid on Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu or other company lines. When traveling outside the valid area, please inform the staff at the arrival station and pay the additional fare.
  
• If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device failure, electronic device failure, unstable communication service, etc., you will not be able to use this service. In this case, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that the fare paid during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
  
• Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions, passenger regulations and other relevant policies of each transportation company.
  
• Important note for multiple ticket purchases: If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they are not transferable and cannot be shared. Please make sure all tickets are for the same trip.
  
• To use an e-ticket, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone to click on the e-ticket link you received after booking, show the e-ticket to the staff and press the use button.
  ※ Electronic tickets can only be used in an Internet environment. Please confirm in advance whether your mobile device can access the Internet normally.
  ※ Please note: Screenshots or printouts of paper tickets cannot be used.
  ※ If you purchase multiple tickets at once, you cannot use them separately. Once you start using them, all tickets will be used at the same time. If you want to use the tickets individually multiple times, please purchase them in batches.
  ※ To prevent others from using it illegally, when you open the e-ticket again in a different environment from the one you used to open the e-ticket for the first time, the system will ask you to use the OTP dynamic password for verification. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
  1. Enter an email address that can normally receive emails and press the send button.
  2. Check your mailbox to see if you have received the OTP password email. If you cannot find the email, it may be classified as spam. If you still cannot find it in the spam folder, it may be that the email you entered is incorrect. Please open the website and re-enter your email.
  3. Enter the OTP password in the email on the ticket screen and click the confirmation button. If the password is correct, the screen for using the e-ticket will be switched to.
