Independent travelers must use the boat exclusively for independent travelers to enjoy a pleasant trip.

- A Korean manager will contact you via the representative's KakaoTalk the day before your stay to confirm your reservation. If you do not receive a call from the Korean manager the day before your stay, please connect to the emergency contact KakaoTalk to verify.
- You can request items needed for the tour, such as snorkeling gear and packed lunches, by communicating with the Korean manager.
- Please wait in the hotel lobby starting 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time for safety. If the pickup vehicle does not arrive after the scheduled time, please contact us via the emergency contact KakaoTalk.
- Pickup is not available for some hotels located outside the Saipan city center. (Pickup is not available for most Airbnbs.)
- Life vests and snorkels (goggles) are available for rent only during the Turtle Snorkeling & Island Hopping Tour. During your free time on Managaha Island, you must rent equipment separately.
- If you would like to rent snorkeling equipment (snorkel, life vest, fins), please request it when making your reservation. You can also rent only the equipment you need. (e.g., renting only fins is available)
- We rent out fishing gear for island hopping tours.
- During the island hopping tour, we provide sashimi made from fish caught, sausages, fruit, soju, and other beverages. (The availability of sashimi may vary depending on the on-site situation.)
- Please prepare your own swimwear, aqua shoes, towel, change of clothes, hat, etc.
- Since there are no separate changing rooms, it is recommended to wear your warm clothes before you leave.
- There is a shower booth on Managaha Island, but it is only for rinsing off seawater.
- Since snorkeling on Managaha Island is enjoyed freely and individually, it is important to use it safely.
- Please wear safety equipment (snorkel, life vest, etc.) when snorkeling and use it only in safe areas.
- Depending on the situation, you may take water sports when entering or leaving Managa Island.
- The boat options listed in the cost inclusions vary depending on the option you select, so please refer to the detailed schedule.
- In case of bad weather (strong currents), snorkeling may take place near Managaha Island instead of Ice Cream Point.
- The reservation confirmation (voucher) can be saved on mobile or printed for use.
- If the tour cannot proceed due to bad weather, a Korean manager in Saipan will contact you. (Rescheduled for another date or refund will be processed)
- The schedule is subject to slight changes due to local circumstances.
- We recommend purchasing individual travel insurance.
- Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
- For the Turtle Hopping Tour, if the minimum number of participants (10 people) is not met, we will contact you individually to offer a date change or a full refund.
[🪂 Precautions for Parasailing]
- Parasailing is available on Managaha Island by scheduling a time slot.
- A Korean manager will guide you on how to use the parasailing service upon your arrival at the dock on the day of your visit.
- Glasses or sunglasses are not permitted when parasailing. Due to strong winds, glasses or sunglasses may be blown away, potentially causing eye injury.
