* Holders of driver's licenses issued by the following 7 countries/regions (Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Slovenia, and Monaco) may drive in Japan for up to one year from the date of entry by presenting their license and a Japanese translation. Please bring these two documents along with the driver's passport to the shop to process the rental. Travelers from other countries must hold an International Driving Permit (IDP) and their passport to drive in Japan.

- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) (Included in the fee)
- Insurance will not cover the following situations:
1. Failure to report to the police (no accident report from the police)
2. Accidents caused while driving without a license, or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication
3. Accidents caused by a driver whose license was not submitted
4. Damage or soiling of interior/exterior equipment not caused by a vehicle accident, or loss of keys
5. Driving in areas prone to vehicle damage, such as riverbeds or forest trails
6. Refueling with the wrong fuel & flat tires
7. Fines & penalties resulting from violations of local Japanese traffic laws
8. Accidents occurring after the scheduled rental period has expired - Non-Operation Charge (NOC) Insurance (Included in the fee)
The NOC insurance waives the compensation for business losses incurred by the rental company due to the vehicle being unavailable for rent.
In the event of an accident, this insurance does not apply to cases where the police or the company were not notified, cases where insurance or compensation claims cannot be filed, accidents involving violations of the rental agreement, or accidents caused by unauthorized extension of the rental period. In such cases, the customer is responsible for compensating the rental company for business losses (20,000 - 50,000 JPY per accident, depending on the vehicle model).

Reminders
When renting, please be sure to bring relevant necessary documents (original driver's license from your country, Japanese translation (international driver's license), passport). If the rental cannot be made smoothly due to lack of any document or invalid document, etc., it will be deemed to be canceled on the same day and 100 will be charged. % handling fee, please be informed.
If you encounter any accidents during the use of the vehicle, please be sure to contact the supplier and call the police. Failure to call the police will not be exempted from the scope of compensation.
Vehicles are always full of fuel when they are lent, so please be sure to fill the fuel tank before returning the vehicle and return it to the designated location within the agreed time; if the fuel tank is not filled, corresponding fees will be charged.
For additional self-paid items, please confirm and pay on site (cash or credit card) when renting the car.
After renting out the vehicle, if you need to extend the rental time, please contact the store or contact customer service before the agreed return time.
The fee for using the ETC pass will be settled when returning the car, and can be paid in cash or by credit card.
Please note that the vehicle is a non-smoking vehicle.

How to Use Your Voucher

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
