LUCKY RENT A CAR offers safe, reliable, and affordable rental services in Okinawa. To drive with an international driver's license, the following documents are required:

1. International Driving Permit (IDP):

• Must be issued by a country that is a signatory to the Geneva Convention 
• Valid for one year from the date of issue, ensure it covers the rental period
  Taiwanese licenses require a certified translation from an authorized agency
  

2. Driver’s License:

• It must be issued by the same country that issued the IDP 
• French licenses are subject to special requirements
  

3. Passport:

• Must be presented regardless of nationality
  

Vehicle and Property Damage Deductible Coverage:

This optional system covers vehicle and property deductibles in case of an accident. Application must be made at the time of rental.

— Exemption Compensation —

Rental Car Insurance Coverage:

• Personal liability per person: Unlimited 
• Property damage per accident: Unlimited (New Car Package: JPY100,000, Model: Mitsubishi Delica 8-seater and 5-seater, Nissan Serena)
• Vehicle damage per accident: Up to vehicle market value (deductible JPY200,000 - 300,000) 
• Passenger injury compensation per person: Up to JPY30 million
  

— About NOC (Non-Operation Charge) —

• Regardless of whether the vehicle is drivable or not, a compensation fee of JPY10,000 to 100,000 will be charged
• Additional towing costs will be borne by the customer
