— Restaurant Introduction —
Located near Roppongi Hills, this high-end eel restaurant allows you to indulge in plump and delicious Kansai-style eel. Unlike the traditional steaming method, 'NYOROSUKE ROPPONGI' uses direct grilling to preserve the natural, succulent texture of the eel. The chef meticulously prepares a variety of traditional and modern dishes, presenting you with an exquisite eel feast. Here, you can savor a wide range of eel delicacies, including eel tempura, charcoal-grilled eel skewers, eel rice, and eel bowls. The chef employs two classic cooking methods—Kabayaki (grilled with sauce) and Shirayaki (grilled without sauce)—to bring out the full flavor and aroma of the eel, ensuring a unique taste in every bite. To maintain freshness, we process and grill the eel on-site, so you may need to wait 20 minutes to enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth eel. Rest assured, the wait is well worth it. You will enjoy a relaxing time while immersed in the enticing aroma of charcoal-grilled eel.
