• Minimum number of reservations is 2 people.
• When making a reservation, please enter the English letters on the passports of all guests.
• After reservation, tee time confirmation information and customer service will be conducted in Korean (Korean nationality) or English (other nationality).
• The tee times provided are real-time reservations, and you must reply within 10 minutes to confirm your availability to make the final reservation.
• Please check in 30 minutes before your tee time on the day you use the golf course. Please present your passport (all guests) when checking in at the golf course.
• Please write your name in English on the name tag of your golf bag before departure.
• If you wish to play additional rounds, you can do so by inquiring at the golf course check-in counter and making an individual payment. During a two-player round, you may be joined by another team, but there is no guarantee for two-player solo play.
• If one person uses one cart, a single cart fee will be charged, which can be paid on site.
• The golf course uses one caddy per person as standard, but during the peak season (December to March) or during tournament games and events, two people may be assigned one caddy, and no refunds are possible for this.
• The course used at the golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
• Depending on the golf course operation policy, play may be conducted using a shotgun method (a game that starts from all holes simultaneously). In this case, the tee-off time for all customers with existing reservations will be changed to the same start time in the morning or afternoon (e.g., around 7:00 am/around 12:00 pm), and if advance notice is received from the golf course, customers will be informed separately. [Cancellation and refund information]
