(If schedules cannot be aligned, we will discuss arranging a photographer who speaks another language.)
 
⭐️ Shooting location: All areas of Kobe City (Please let us know your preferred location when booking.)
 
🌸 Recommended photo spots: Kobe Kitano Tenman Shrine, Kobe Port Tower, Meriken Park, Kobe Harborland, Ikuta Shrine, Kitano Ijinkan, Former Foreign Settlement, Nankinmachi 🌸
 
🙏 If you wish to shoot in an area far from the photographer's residence, a separate travel fee may apply. (e.g., Himeji Castle)
Also, it may be difficult to accommodate, so please let us know your preferred location when booking.
 
🚌 If you wish to shoot in multiple locations, please use public transportation. Additionally, transportation costs including the photographer's, and admission fees to facilities are to be paid at cost.

Photo delivery: Over 100 original data files will be delivered within one week!
 
If you wish, we can provide retouching for 10 selected photos.
　→ Please select the photos you wish to have retouched (up to 10) from the original data and reply with the corresponding file names.
(If there is no reply, retouching cannot be performed. Also, please do not change the file names.)
　→ The 10 selected photos will be sent again after final retouching.

 
＜Notes＞

Retouching covers color temperature, color tone, tone, exposure, dullness, and photo composition; facial or body contouring is not included.
Retouching work will be performed according to the atmosphere of the day of the shoot. If you have any preferences, please let us know regarding the atmosphere or color tone.
 
The best shots after the shoot may be posted on our portfolio or social media. If you do not wish for this, please let us know in advance.

  • Kobe Port Tower: An observation tower standing in the bay area of Kobe, with an elegant form resembling a slender Japanese tsuzumi drum. Its bright red appearance is impressive during the day, and at night, LED lighting illuminates the bay area.

  • Kobe Harborland is a complex facility starting from JR Kobe Station, featuring numerous commercial facilities and amusement parks.

  • The Kitano Ijinkan-gai is a fun place to stroll through its retro and stylish streets, but it is characterized by many slopes as it is located on high ground. The Ijinkan area features not only Western-style buildings but also stylish cafes, restaurants, and shops, so enjoy walking through the exotic streets while taking breaks at various spots.
    The iconic white and green Starbucks coffee shop nestled among lush trees in Kobe's Kitano Foreigners' Quarter, showcasing its unique historical architectural style.
  • Arima Onsen is known as the oldest hot spring in Japan. The water at Arima Onsen contains 7 out of the 9 designated components for therapeutic springs, which is extremely rare in the world. In addition to staying at a hot spring inn, there are many facilities where you can enjoy day-trip bathing, so be sure to stop by to soothe your fatigue from sightseeing in Kobe.

    Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens & Ropeway: One of Japan's largest herb gardens, where 75,000 herbs and flowers of about 200 species bloom. Access to the garden is by ropeway. You can enjoy the scenery below during the approximately 10-minute ride.

・After your reservation is confirmed, you will be invited to a LINE group chat with your photographer or guide to ensure smooth communication during the tour.
If you do not have a LINE account, please download and register for the app in advance.
If you are unable to use LINE, please contact us separately.

- Please note that if you lose any of your belongings during the game, it will be difficult to get them back.

・Please be especially careful of injuries and accidents caused by customer negligence. It may be difficult to help.

・If you are late for the meeting, your photo shoot time may be shortened. Please be punctual.
*No refunds will be given in the event of a no-show (cancellation without permission) or late arrival.

・If rain is forecast for the location three days prior to the shoot, or if it suddenly rains on the day even though there is no forecast, please choose one of the following.

③In case of cancellation:
A full refund will be given and the reservation will be cancelled.

Reminders

  • Operating hours are from 8am until sunset, and once your reservation is confirmed, the time and specific location can be adjusted to suit your schedule.

  • Once your reservation is confirmed, our staff will guide you through the insurance registration for "Cashless medical treatment in the event of injury or illness during the tour (tour date = insurance application date)." Please fill out the information form.

  • Please note that if you do not fill out this form, we will not be able to register your insurance.

The meeting point depends on your preferred shooting location. Once the location is confirmed, we will provide you with the detailed meeting point via chat or other tools.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
