- For iPhone users, set your APN (Access Point Name) to “e-ideas” in your phone’s internet settings. For Android users, set your APN (Access Point Name) to “hicard” in your phone’s internet settings.

Follow these steps to register and install your eSIM with your physical passport.
- Redeem your eSIM immediately or within 60 days from the date of purchase, visit this page
- Enter your confirmation code (GTXXXXX) found in this email to proceed to the next step.
- Upon successful eSIM redemption, Singtel will send you an email to register your eSIM.
- Open Singtel hi!App and click on “I have a new SIM/eSIM” > Set up new eSIM.

- Non-refundable or exchangeable. The eSIM, and any subsequent top-ups, once sold, are nonrefundable or exchangeable for cash or any products. There will be no refund for any unused value upon eSIM loss, damage, expiry, or termination.
- This eSIM expires if not registered within 90 days of purchase.
- The person registering the SIM card needs to be at least 15 years old.
- In the event of the loss of eSIM QR Code, you will have to buy a new eSIM online.
- You can register up to 3 prepaid mobile numbers using your identification document across all telcos in Singapore.
