A Japanese restaurant offering dishes full of heart and craftsmanship. Mr. Masaro Senzaki, born in Karatsu, conveys the charm of Saga through his cooking. At Sushu, you can enjoy fresh vegetables, seafood, and Imari beef delivered seasonally from his Furusato. Drawing on his experience training in traditional restaurants, the owner focuses on maximizing the flavors of freshly prepared ingredients—a must-try experience!

- Minors over 12 years old need to reserve the same package as adults when entering the store.
- Our store does not accept reservations and admission for children under 12 years old. If there are children under 11 years old (inclusive) on site, no service or refund will be provided. Please note.
- Seats cannot be assigned and will be arranged by the store receptionist on the day.
- The set menu is for reference only and the ingredients may change due to the season. The actual meal content is subject to what is available on that day.
- Please go to the merchant on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the reservation may be canceled by the merchant, and any fees paid by the customer cannot be refunded. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the merchant may refuse the guest to enter the store in advance and wait.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
