1. Before entering the hot spring, please remove any metal jewelry, as it may react with the minerals in the water and cause discoloration.
2. Those with skin wounds or feeling unwell should not enter the hot spring to avoid contaminating the water, worsening wounds, or aggravating their condition.
3. It is recommended that women avoid the hot spring during, or shortly before or after their menstrual period, as well as during the early and late stages of pregnancy.
4. Please do not enter the hot spring on an empty stomach, when overly full, or after consuming alcohol to avoid dizziness, vomiting, indigestion, fatigue, and other symptoms.
5. When entering the water, choose a hot spring pool with a temperature suitable for you. Generally, start from low to high temperature, with 15-

7. Drink plenty of water while soaking to replenish lost fluids.
