The experience will start at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, you may not be able to participate.
Please refrain from bringing large luggage.
We are not responsible for any disputes that may occur between customers.
Please contact us if you would like to book a private session.
Entry is not permitted for those not participating in the experience. (However, children under 2 years old may enter even if they are not participating.)
If you drop the bean paste (anko) during the experience, you can purchase a new portion for +100 JPY. (Applies to experiences involving bean paste.)
In principle, the program is conducted in Japanese. Please contact us separately if you would like to request a session in another language.
An additional fee will be charged for sessions held in other languages.
In principle, changes to the booking date and time after the cancellation fee period has begun will be treated as a cancellation.
Please contact us for private or group bookings (10 or more people), as different cancellation policies apply.
We strictly prohibit the filming, recording, diversion, or occupation of our space for commercial purposes. If you wish to use our space for commercial purposes, please apply for permission in advance.

- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
