- Alangyi's cancellation policy is as follows: The application date is 30 days before the event date. Please complete the registration procedures before the application date. Entry into the mountain is applied for by us (Note 1). Once the application for entry into the mountain is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, extended, or substituted. If you can fully accept this explanation before registering, once the registration process is completed, you have agreed. Please note that after registration, if a passenger is unable to travel due to COVID-19 diagnosis or quarantine due to other epidemic factors, cancellation or refund will still not be possible
*Note 1: Applying does not mean that you can enter the mountain! We will do our best to apply for a quota. If there are no passengers who apply to enter the mountain, we will confirm with you the next day whether to reschedule or refund
- If Alang Yi has not applied for the admission permit, you could choose the following options:
- A. Upgrade the Alang Er Ancient Road registration without increasing the fee
- B. Cancel
- C. Extension (you can make a note of this when booking)
- If there are less than 10 participants in a group or if you don’t want to join the group, you can choose to package the trip. The package fee = number of people × unit price + NT$ 4,500/guide fee
Reminders
A minimum of 7 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 10 day(s) before the departure date
It is recommended to wear sunscreen, a hat, and a long-sleeved jacket to avoid sunburn
It is recommended to wear non-slip hiking shoes or hiking boots, and long sports pants are mainly used to protect against the sun and avoid cuts such as grass on the mountain road
It is recommended to bring a raincoat, gloves, and a retractable umbrella that can be placed in a backpack
It is recommended to eat a few more bananas before traveling to prevent foot cramps
Hiking poles are available for support. You bring them according to your personal decision
Wear light and bright colors to avoid being stung by wild bees and take beautiful photos
To enter the ancient trail, you must bring a photo ID (driver's license or health insurance card) to facilitate the control point personnel to check the list. Those who do not have it will not be able to enter the ancient trail
The walking time in Allangyi is about 5.5–6 hours. If you need to turn back during the journey, no shuttle bus will be provided, and you must return to Hengchun by yourself
The ideal arrangement is based on our experience. However, if special circumstances occur during the trip, the order may be slightly changed to take into account the smoothness of the itinerary
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
