Our instructors will guide you through the joy of Okinawa discovery diving (Kerama Islands) in a kind, attentive, and relaxed manner.
That is our mission as instructors. The Kerama discovery diving tour offered by Tida is customized to meet your requests.
Please let us know if there are specific creatures you wish to see, such as in the underwater desert, light caves, or turtle spots. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
 
Main Tour Flow
・Cruise to Kerama with your guide on a high-speed boat. (*A guide may not be on board in some cases.) We provide complimentary motion sickness medicine, so you can join the tour with peace of mind.
・Start your snorkeling tour to explore the Kerama Blue!
・Land on a white sandy beach and relax! *Landing may not be possible depending on weather and sea conditions.
・Experience discovery diving in the beautiful Kerama sea!
 
Some of you may be unable to swim, afraid of water, or have a fear of heights, but most of our guests are first-time divers. Please do not worry about being a bother—just give it a try!
It is a simple marine activity that even 8-year-olds can enjoy.
To ensure a fun and safe experience, we follow our in-house manual in compliance with PADI safety standards, and our instructors are trained in first aid.

・We own two large vessels, so unlike shared boats, it never feels crowded, and you can enjoy the experience at your own pace without worrying about time.

[Emergency Equipment]
We never cut corners when it comes to emergency equipment. To ensure quick responses to any situation, our staff always carry spare gear, signal floats, signal mirrors, dive horns, and surface marker dyes. Furthermore, to prevent getting lost, we have introduced GPS—a first in the industry. We are also fully equipped with oxygen inhalers and AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), which are essential for emergencies. An AED is a medical device that delivers an electric shock to a heart that has lost its pumping function due to ventricular fibrillation, helping to restore a normal rhythm. We recommend that all our guests carry their own safety gear as much as possible. We are happy to provide consultation, so please feel free to ask.

Measures for hot days We want our customers to enjoy the Kerama Islands in a cooler environment, so we will be serving complimentary shaved ice only in August and September (we will decide whether to hold the service in September depending on the situation). We have a wide selection of syrups, and shaved ice while looking at the Kerama Blue is delicious. *Our own boats are fully air-conditioned.


●Measures for cold days The average winter temperature in Okinawa is around 20 degrees, and the water temperature in the Kerama Islands never falls below 22 degrees. Therefore, the water temperature is higher than the outside temperature, and there are many days when it is comfortable to be in the water. In addition, we wear 3mm hooded vests (free of charge) under 5mm one-pieces, and on the boat we always try to keep the temperature on the boat at around 25 degrees by using boat coats (free of charge), heated cabins, and engine heat. For lunch, we prepare hot Okinawa soba noodles and oden, and strive to make our customers comfortable. For those who are still cold, we have a secret weapon! Please ask our staff.

Reminders

  • This is a tour that travels to three diving points a day, such as Tokashiki, Zamami, and Aka Island (Islands designated as a national park), rather than the Chibishi Islands, which is a half-day trip.

  • Participation by minors requires a consent form from a guardian to participate.

  • Please note that the destination may suddenly change or the plan may be canceled due to weather conditions on the day.

  • If you are concerned about seasickness, please take anti-seasickness medication in advance.

  • Priority is given to those who make early reservations for transportation, so depending on the day, we may be full and may not be able to accommodate you.

  • For those arriving by car, we have a parking lot available. Please note that when meeting at the port, there are some paid parking lots for 500 yen per day.

  • Whale watching is included for a limited time from January 15th to March 31st. Based on our experience, it is possible to observe whales with a high probability, but please note that depending on the weather and sea conditions, you may not be able to see whales.

How to Get There
[For those arriving by car] A parking lot is available for guests arriving by rental car. For on-site gatherings, please park near the waiting area of the paid parking lot (within Miegusuku Port), which costs ¥500 per day. [For those arriving by other methods] Transportation will be provided within Naha city. For other matters, please contact us. Starting from the day of arrival, we will pick you up at the airport free of charge. Please contact the shop after your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
