1. 【Store Pickup】: Customers must download and submit the completed - Jiangsu Hairy Crab Pickup Form - at least 2 days before redemption (cutoff at 19:30), otherwise redemption may be delayed.
Pickup Process:
For purchases of 1-9 crabs, delivery is not available; pickup only (we can arrange a taxi for you, fare to be paid by the customer).
To ensure the freshest hairy crabs are arranged, customers must download and submit the completed - Jiangsu Hairy Crab Pickup Form - at least 2 days before redemption (cutoff at 19:30), otherwise redemption may be delayed.
A valid redemption email (with QR Code) must be presented upon redemption. If you need to redeem separately, please purchase separately.
If you have scheduled a pickup, please collect your order on the reserved date. Freshness is not guaranteed for overdue pickups.
All items in the same order must be collected at once on the same day. If you wish to collect separately, please purchase separately.
