The official meeting place will be announced by the day before the tour. Please be sure to check your email the day before. If you would like to know the meeting place in advance, we will provide you with alternative meeting locations.
The meeting time may vary slightly depending on sea conditions and tides. We will contact you the day before with the official tour details. If you do not receive a message, please contact our store directly.
If you are not satisfied with the tour and would like a refund, please inform your guide before the tour ends. Refunds cannot be issued after the tour has ended.
Children will be charged the same rate as adults. Please be sure to include children in your total number of people.
The tour will proceed even in rainy weather. However, as the tour takes place in a natural environment, it may be canceled at the guide's discretion in case of severe weather. Please note that in all other cases, a cancellation fee will apply on the day of the tour.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Please be sure to contact us in advance.
If you wish to rent swimwear or bath towels, please contact us in advance. Availability and sizes are limited.
If you request transportation at the last minute, we may not be able to provide the service. Please be sure to send your transportation request when making your reservation.
Since sea turtles are wild animals, there is no guarantee that you will see one. Please understand this in advance.

We offer pick-up and drop-off services within Miyako Island. If you require this service, please be sure to specify your desired pick-up and drop-off locations in the comments section when making your reservation.
*Depending on the type of pre-existing medical condition, your physical condition, and your alcohol consumption, we may refuse your participation in the tour on the day.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
