- This ticket allows you to board only the reserved ropeway time slot between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm on your selected date. Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged for other time slots, even in cases of delayed or early arrival.
- Refunds (cancellations) are available until 11:59 pm on the day of use. To request a refund, please contact the customer service center of the ticket seller directly. Refunds cannot be processed after this time, so please check carefully before purchasing.
- If the ropeway is unavailable due to reasons such as suspension of operations caused by bad weather or capacity restrictions on the day of use, please contact the customer service center of the ticket seller directly to request a refund.
