【Noboribetsu Jigokudani】Hokkaido's most iconic volcanic geothermal landscape. This volcanic crater site, covering about 11 hectares, emits billowing sulfur steam all year round. The ground displays a unique reddish-brown color, resembling a legendary hellscape—a truly stunning sight. Stroll along the trail to feel the awe-inspiring power of nature up close; it is a must-visit attraction in the Noboribetsu hot spring area.

【Showa-shinzan】A young volcano formed by volcanic activity in 1943, it still emits white smoke today and is a rare geological wonder. Take the Mt. Usu Ropeway, and you will reach the summit observatory in about 6 minutes, offering a bird's-eye view of Showa-shinzan, Lake Toya, and the magnificent surrounding scenery. You may take the Mt. Usu Ropeway (approx. 6 minutes) to the summit observatory at your own expense; admission to the Showa-shinzan Bear Ranch is also at your own expense.

【Lake Toya】A caldera lake in southern Hokkaido with vast, beautiful waters and distinct scenery in every season. Nakajima Island floats in the center, and the lakeside is lined with hot spring hotels, making it a famous hot spring resort. During the snow season, the tour will visit Snow World Toya instead.

【Snow World Toya】Located by Lake Toya in Hokkaido, this is an outdoor snow park where both adults and children can fully enjoy the fun of snow. It is usually open from mid-December to the end of March (depending on snow conditions). This attraction is only available during the snow season. As the opening time of the snow park varies, we will arrange for either Snow World Toya or the Kimobetsu snow park depending on the situation.

【Exclusive Package: Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival】One of Hokkaido's most iconic winter ice and snow events. The venue uses water from Lake Shikotsu, which is repeatedly sprayed and naturally frozen to create large ice pillars, ice walls, ice caves, and various other ice sculptures. During the day, under the sunlight, the ice takes on a clear, dreamy 'Shikotsu Blue'.

  • This is a fixed itinerary. Customers participating in this tour are requested to adhere to the time allotted at each attraction and follow the instructions of the driver/guide.

  • Due to limited space inside the vehicle, each passenger is only allowed one piece of checked baggage (28 inches or smaller) free of charge. Please indicate this in the remarks when booking. If you need to bring more than one piece of checked baggage, an additional fee of JPY 2,000 per piece will be charged (JPY 6,000 per piece during the winter peak season; please consult customer service for specific times). Large luggage will be charged as two pieces, and the fee will be paid to the driver on-site.

  • Natural scenery is subject to the influence of the weather on the day of your visit, which is an unavoidable factor. If you do not enjoy the scenery as expected, no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.

  • If you leave the group midway through the trip, the transaction will be considered invalid, and no refund will be given. Furthermore, you will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from this.

  • If the tour cannot proceed due to weather conditions, unforeseen events, or other force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued without any penalty for breach of contract.

  • Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds. We apologize for any delays or cancellations caused by the aforementioned factors or other unforeseen circumstances, and no refunds will be provided on such grounds.

  • Please note that for vehicles with fewer than 14 seats, a tour guide cannot be arranged; only driver services are provided.

  • During your free time, please be mindful of your personal safety and belongings. You will be solely responsible for any accidents or losses incurred due to disregard for these warnings. Purchasing personal travel insurance is recommended.

  • Hokkaido winters are prone to snowstorms. Itinerary stay times may be adjusted due to road conditions. No refunds will be provided for itinerary changes caused by force majeure such as weather.

  • Due to limited bus tour time, the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival plan does not allow for staying until the lighting hours. Please be aware of this.
