2. Please present this voucher before checkout. Handwritten or verbally provided serial numbers are not accepted for payment. 
3. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to receive change. The face value can be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero. 
4. This voucher cannot be used to purchase deferred-payment products (such as stored-value gift cards or other product vouchers) or other specific products announced by Decathlon. 
5. This voucher cannot be used on the Decathlon online store; it is valid only in physical stores. 
6. The amount recorded on the electronic gift voucher is covered by a full performance guarantee provided by DBS Bank (Taiwan) Ltd. from the date of sale/top-up. The guarantee period is one year from the date of sale/top-up.
7. This voucher is for the redemption of goods/services only and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the voucher is unused or the specified supply period (serial number validity) has expired, the holder should contact the original purchaser and apply for a return through the online channel where it was purchased, using the invoice. Once the return application is approved by the channel or the issuer, the issuer reserves the right to charge a 3% fee of the refunded amount as a handling fee.
   
8. This voucher is non-registered and can be used by anyone. Please keep it safe. If it is stolen or used by others, it will not be reissued or refunded.
9. A uniform invoice is issued at the time of sale of this voucher. No further invoice will be issued for goods redeemed or amounts offset by this voucher, except in other special circumstances, which will be handled in accordance with relevant laws or regulations.
10. The validity of this voucher is based on the status recorded in the issuer's ticketing system. If there is a delay in the system due to network connectivity, the information from the merchant's system shall prevail.
11. This voucher is a valuable security. Please do not forge or alter it to avoid criminal liability.
12. Due to operational factors, there is a 1-45 day delay in the DBS performance guarantee inquiry function. Please wait patiently.
