  1. This voucher can be used at Simple Mart and Simple Market stores under Mercuries & Associates Holding, Ltd. 
  2. This voucher is not applicable to special locations that do not issue invoices under Mercuries & Associates Holding, Ltd. (e.g., Taiwan Railways, certain schools, factory offices, and shopping mall locations). 
  3. Please present this voucher for scanning before checkout (please set your screen brightness to maximum). Handwritten or verbal serial numbers are not accepted. 
  4. If you wish to return items purchased with this voucher, please visit the store within 14 days to have store staff process it for you (the refunded amount will be returned to the voucher balance after the transaction is reversed).
  5. This voucher cannot be used for transactions involving items that do not require a uniform invoice, such as collection/payment/agency services (including city-specific garbage bags), tobacco products, points/stored-value cards, top-ups (e.g., EasyCard top-ups), GO Simple Mart online shopping, or gold coin redemptions. 
  6. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or change. The face value can be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero. 
  7. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other marketing campaigns or gift vouchers/discount coupons (e.g., shopping credits, welfare vouchers, Mercuries gift vouchers, or other non-Edenred electronic vouchers). 
  8. This voucher cannot be used for freshly brewed coffee that is purchased in bulk for later pickup.
  9. This voucher is for the redemption of goods/services only and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the voucher is unused or has exceeded the specified supply period (serial number validity), the holder should contact the original purchaser to apply for a return through the online channel where it was purchased, using the invoice. Once the return application is approved by the channel or issuer, the issuer reserves the right to charge a fee of 3% of the returned amount as a handling fee.
  10. This voucher is bearer-based and can be used by anyone. Please keep it safe. If it is stolen or used by others, it will not be reissued or refunded. 
  11. A uniform invoice is issued at the time of the voucher's sale. No further invoice will be issued for goods redeemed or amounts offset by this voucher. In other special circumstances, relevant laws or regulations will apply. 
  12. The validity of this voucher is based on the status recorded in the issuer's voucher system. If there is a delay in the system due to network connectivity, the information from the merchant's system shall prevail. 
  13. This voucher is a valuable security. Please do not forge or alter it to avoid criminal liability. 
  14. Due to operational factors, there is a 1-45 day delay in the DBS performance guarantee inquiry function. Please wait patiently.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
