Please provide your flight number and flight time when placing your order.
If you book a ride for tomorrow the day before and do not provide flight time confirmation before 13:00, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system.
This is a carpooling service. The actual pick-up and travel time will be arranged according to the flight schedule of the carpooling passengers on the day and cannot be specified.
Each person may bring a maximum of two pieces of luggage. If you bring more than two pieces of luggage, an additional fee will be charged for occupying one person's luggage. Please pay the driver in cash.
This product is only available for one-way service. If you require round-trip (airport drop-off or pick-up) service, please place two separate orders.
This item can accommodate one golf bag free of charge. Please note this in the order notes. Please do not place an order for items that exceed the normal size of a suitcase, such as surfboards or bicycles.
No pet-friendly services are offered during airport pickup.

The cost of a baby car seat is NT$300.
If you require a sign for airport pickup, it will cost NT$200. Please specify this in the order notes. (Example: Company name, Chinese name, or nickname, etc.)
If you are unable to board due to flight issues, you may opt out of the service and receive a partial refund. Please contact customer service upon arrival.
No refunds will be given if you do not take the ride due to personal reasons.
If the address is not in the area mentioned on the page after placing the order, the order will be cancelled directly.

- For cancellations made 0 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
