- Meeting Point: Door-to-door pickup available for select Qingjing B&Bs / Pickup at designated location (Small Swiss Garden)
- Pickup Range: Based on Ren-ai Junior High School; no pickup service provided for locations below Ren-ai Junior High School.
(If you wish to participate, please make your own way to the parking plaza at the entrance of Small Swiss Garden.) All B&Bs above Ren-ai Junior High School are included in the pickup service.
- There are three B&Bs that do not cooperate with the pickup service (if you wish to participate, please make your own way to the parking plaza at the entrance of Small Swiss Garden).
The three B&Bs without pickup service are: Yunzhipu, Little Sun, and Yunlu.
- Due to highly variable mountain weather, the next day's itinerary will be confirmed on the afternoon of the day before departure.

A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
The time of the day of the itinerary may be changed due to weather or traffic conditions. If the itinerary cannot be carried out due to weather factors, we will notify all tourists in advance and cancel the itinerary for the day; tourists can choose to get a full refund.
Please inform the name of the B&B in the Qingjing area where you plan to stay when ordering the itinerary. The staff will contact you one day before departure to inform you of the pick-up time. If it exceeds the pick-up area, the main pick-up point will be the Small Swiss Garden.
Please be sure to wait for the pick-up at the meeting point in advance. You can wait up to 5 minutes after the vehicle arrives. The driver will notify you by phone when you arrive. You will not be able to request amendments, cancellations, or refunds on the grounds of being late or not showing up.
The shared shuttle service should stop at each station to pick up passengers, and it is easily affected by the road conditions of the day. The actual pick-up time may be delayed by 15-20 minutes from the scheduled time. The driver and customer service will contact you to inform.
Weather conditions will affect the state of natural scenery, please note that if you cannot watch it, no refund will be given, please understand.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
