Purchase Notice
— Delivery Information —
- Your Wi-Fi device will be delivered to you within 3 working days before your departure date
- Delivery Time: between 10:00 am-10:00 pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays)
- We use a local courier to facilitate the delivery; therefore we will be unable to deliver at a specific time (e.g. at 9:00 am, before 12:00 pm, after 3:00 pm, etc.)
— Drop Off/Return Information —
- Kindly put the gadget and its accessories in the prepaid return mailer bag that was included in the shipment, and neatly place it in a nearby SingPost mailbox
- Users will need to return the device within 7 days after travel end date
- A surcharge of S$200 will incur if the device is not returned within 7 days

Users are advised to place their orders at least 7 working days before your departure date

The quality of the connection may be affected by outside conditions; surrounding landforms (i.e. mountains), weather, obstruction by buildings, the number of users, or location

- Press the power button for 3 seconds
- Allow about 3 minutes for the connection to be established

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
