1. To use this voucher, please present it at the FamilyMart counter for scanning and redemption (please set your screen brightness to maximum).

2. 'FamilyMart Gift Card Balance Inquiry': You may inquire at any FamiPort kiosk in FamilyMart stores across Taiwan. Alternatively, the transaction receipt (or electronic invoice) issued after using the gift card to redeem products will display the remaining balance after that transaction.

3. MyFamiPort App Mobile Inquiry: Go to MyFamiPort App → Top-up → Gift Card → Balance Inquiry → Enter the 16-character barcode (including letters and numbers) or scan the 16-character barcode (including letters and numbers) of the gift card.

4. This card has no expiration date. It can be used in multiple transactions and combined with other cards. This gift card can be redeemed at all FamilyMart stores in Taiwan. However, it cannot be used for bill payments, tobacco products, commissioned sales services (e.g., home delivery services, FamiPort pre-order services, etc.), or non-invoiced agency services (e.g., various bill payments, tickets, and EasyCard top-ups).

5. The gift card can also be used at Ootoya, bb.q CHICKEN, and IKIGAI Yakiniku stores across Taiwan (excluding certain locations; please refer to the announcement on the FamilyMart official website for details).

6. Once the gift card is transferred to the FamiWallet, the card is considered fully redeemed and cannot be returned to the original card.

• FamilyMart Product Redemption Voucher

1. To use this voucher, please present it at the FamilyMart counter for scanning and redemption (please set your screen brightness to maximum).
   

2. Re-activation/Printing of Redemption Voucher: Go to the store's FamiPort kiosk, select Bonus → Bonus PIN Code → PIN Code Re-activation → Enter the activation PIN/serial number → Confirm activation → Enter the activated PIN/serial number → Confirm the product to be redeemed → Print the redemption voucher. 3. Each serial number can only be re-activated and printed once. Please redeem the thermal paper voucher before the expiration date and keep it properly to avoid damage, loss, or illegibility due to improper storage, which would prevent redemption.

4. Use must comply with the brand and specifications stated on this voucher. Once the product is redeemed, returns and exchanges are not available.

5. The voucher is not applicable to special stores that do not issue FamilyMart invoices (e.g., Taiwan Railways, certain schools, factory offices, and shopping mall locations).

6. The voucher is not applicable to agency/commissioned sales services that do not require a uniform invoice, tobacco and alcohol products, and top-up services (e.g., EasyCard).

7. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or change. Please use the full amount in one transaction; it cannot be reused.

8. The voucher cannot be combined with other marketing promotions.

9. The amount recorded on the electronic gift voucher is fully guaranteed by DBS Bank (Taiwan) Ltd. from the date of sale/top-up, with a guarantee period of one year from the date of sale/top-up.

10. If this voucher is unused or exceeds the specified supply period (serial number validity), the original purchaser may apply for a return through the online channel where it was purchased by presenting the invoice. If a return is confirmed, the issuer reserves the right to charge a 3% fee of the refunded amount as a handling fee.

11. The voucher is bearer-based and can be used by anyone. Please keep it safe; if stolen or used by others, it will not be reissued or refunded.

12. A uniform invoice is issued at the time of the voucher's sale. No further invoice will be issued for the products redeemed or the amount offset by the voucher. However, in other special circumstances, it will be handled in accordance with relevant laws or regulations.

13. The validity of the voucher is based on the status recorded in the issuer's voucher system. If there is a delay in the system due to network connectivity, the information from the merchant's system shall prevail.

14. The voucher is a negotiable instrument. Please do not forge or alter it to avoid criminal liability.

15. The face value of the voucher is the actual (discounted) selling price.
