*Please note that if you cancel after your reservation has been confirmed, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged and no refunds will be given.
*Seats will be decided on the day. Please note that you cannot specify the area or seat number in advance.
* Bringing food and drinks into the venue is prohibited (only water is allowed).
*Photography and videography with telephoto lenses is prohibited inside the venue. Baggage inspection may be conducted before entry.
* Neither our company nor the organizers will be held responsible for any loss or theft of tickets after they have been received. (Tickets cannot be reissued.)
*All participants must bring their passport or alien registration card (original) on the day.
*This ticket is for foreigners only (Korean nationals cannot make reservations).
*Regarding minors: Those aged 6 to 12 (born between November 10, 2013 and November 10, 2019) may only view the exhibition if accompanied by a legal guardian.
* The shuttle bus runs between Myeongdong Station or Hapjeong Station and the venue.
※ The shuttle departing from the venue after the performance may be different from the one that departed Seoul. Please be sure to take your luggage with you when getting off.
※ This ticket is a free admission ticket exclusively for foreigners provided by Incheon International Airport Corporation and cannot be purchased separately. It can only be used as part of a package.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
