【Tour Vehicle Information】
This product is available for bookings of 2, 3-4, 5, or 6-9 people, and vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants.
- 2-3 people: A 4-seater Toyota Vios or equivalent will be assigned.
- 4 people: A 7-seater Toyota Innova or equivalent will be assigned.
- 5-9 people: A 16-seater Toyota Hiace, Ford Transit, or equivalent will be assigned.
※ Vehicles cannot be pre-selected and are assigned sequentially.

Purchase Notice
- When your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the meeting time/meeting location/contact information of a Korean representative living in Danang.
- Vouchers will be sent out the next day between Mon-Fri (10:00-18:00). For weekend purchasers, they will be confirmed on Monday and sent out before 18:00 on Tuesday.
- If you wish to change your pickup time, you must leave a note in the request section when making your reservation.
- Pickup time cannot be changed after voucher is issued.
- If you are not at the hotel lobby at the designated time, you will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a full refund or change of date.
- Some rides at Bana Hills have height restrictions for children.
- All rides and facilities at Bana Hills Fantasy Park are free of charge (including rail bikes).
- The wax museum and optical illusion photo studio within Bana Hills Fantasy Park are not included.
- The schedule may change slightly depending on the guide and on-site circumstances on the day.
- The event will be held even in rainy weather, and raincoats will be provided.
- Free pick-up from Da Nang & Hoi An.
- Vinpearl Nam Hoi An will incur an additional charge of VND 100,000/one way/per car (per team), while Lang Co (Angsana, Vedana) and some hotels will incur an additional charge of VND 600,000/per car (per team). (Separate instructions on additional payment methods)
- If you would like to extend your tour after the 10-hour tour, you can do so by paying 100,000 VND per hour for the guide and 100,000 VND per hour for the driver (payable on site).
- Additional charges may apply during Vietnamese public holidays such as Tet/Chuseok (in this case, we will inform you of the additional charges before confirmation).
Reminders
Pickup time cannot be changed after the voucher has been sent.
If you are not in the hotel lobby at the scheduled meeting time, it will be treated as a no-show, and a full refund will not be possible, nor can the date be changed.
The schedule may be subject to slight changes depending on the guide and on-site conditions on the day.
Cancellation requests can be made during business hours (weekdays 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. KST), and requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
