- Check in at the Nanhai Pier Visitor Center to receive your Qimei Island transportation voucher and boarding sticker.
- After arriving at Qimei, the tour guide will lead you to pick up your scooter or board the bus.
- Snorkeling area: Pick up equipment (wetsuit, goggles, snorkel). ↑ After changing, the snorkeling instructor will carefully explain safety precautions and lead you into the water.

● Motorbikes on Qimei Island are designed for two people. If you are riding alone, you need to select the "1 person riding" option on the order page when you place your order.
Taiwanese passengers must possess and present a motorcycle driver's license, and foreign passengers must also have an international driving permit. If you are unable to use a motorcycle due to not presenting a valid driver's license, please bear the responsibility yourself.
● The motorcycle and tour bus packages include price differences. If you need to change your mode of transportation after booking, please inform us three days before departure and pay the difference on-site. We regret that we cannot accept changes to the mode of transportation within three days of departure. Please be aware of this.
● Group or individual package tours are subject to the Standardized Domestic Travel Contract issued by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of the Republic of China. By completing your booking, you agree to and accept the terms of the Standardized Domestic Travel Contract.

The resources on the outlying islands in the South China Sea are limited and there are currently no fixed service stations. If you have any questions, please call the contact number on the boarding pass.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
