Carpooling: Confirm whether to form a group 2 days in advance. If the number of people is not reached, the trip will be cancelled.
If the private charter car pick-up location is in New Taipei City, an additional fee of NT$ 600 will be charged. Please pay it to the driver on site.

Reminders

  • This is a reservation-based product and must be booked before 17:00 2 working days before departure. Whether the order is successful or not is subject to the response of the sales staff.

  • The vehicle type to be used will be determined based on the number of participants on the day. No specific vehicle type will be provided. Possible vehicle types: 7-passenger van/8-passenger van/medium-sized 18-passenger bus.

  • The seat has been checked in first and the seat is selected first. This cannot be used as a reason for refund

  • If there are less than 5 people, the tour guide will also serve as the driver. Please follow the tour guide's designated time/location to meet up, so as not to delay the overall itinerary of other companions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTA
  • Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelación confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor.
