How to use your Go City Pass
Steps to sync your pass
Download the Go City app from the iOS App Store or Google Play, and install it on your phone or tablet.
After installation, tap the āYour personal linkā provided on your voucher to claim your pass. Make sure you use the same device on which you downloaded the app.
Once claimed, your pass will be ready to scan.
Most attractions on this pass are show-and-scan ā just present your pass QR code at the entrance. A few require you to reserve in advance, always check the attraction's page in the Go City app / website (or the digital guidebook) before you go.

Printed Voucher:
- Access your order confirmation email, click the provided link, and download the e-voucher for printing
Use Go City App:
- Open the KKday e-voucher and click the link "To use the app, please follow your unique link"
- Enter your email on the page
- Download the Go City App (iOS, Android)
- Launch the Go City App, select the relevant city based on your pass, and tap the "My Passes" icon
- Enter your email and order verification code
- If encountering difficulties at step 4, refresh the page or restart from step 2
Important Notes:
- If purchasing multiple passes simultaneously, you can enter different emails at step 2 to sync passes to various devices. Keep QR Code numbers distinct to prevent accidental overlap
- If the link "To use the app, please follow your unique link" on the KKday e-voucher doesn't function, please opt for alternative redemption methods
