- The reservation for the Tokyo Ginza Art Aquarium Museum is valid only for the date and time specified at the time of booking and will expire if not used within that timeframe.
*Tickets cannot be changed or reissued due to personal reasons. - [Tokyo Metro] Physical tickets can be redeemed within 90 days of purchase; after redemption, physical tickets are valid for 6 months, and are valid for 24/48/72 hours from the first time they are swiped to enter the station gate.
※If you enter the station within the valid time, you can exit the station normally even if the valid time is exceeded during your journey.
*If the ticket is not used within the validity period indicated on the ticket, it will be considered invalid.
※If you are unable to pass through the station gates using the exchanged ticket, please consult a station staff member. After confirmation, a new ticket will be issued to you.
Please note that tickets cannot be redeemed separately. Even if you purchase multiple tickets at once, only one QR code will be issued. When redeeming tickets at the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, you can redeem all valid tickets at once using the QR code.
*If the Tokyo Subway Ticket is demagnetized, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates, etc. Therefore, please do not place it near items with strong magnetic properties (smartphones, electronic devices, magnetic wallets, etc.).
