Scooters and bicycles are considered cargo and placed on the ferry deck. You must pay the shipping fee (approx. NT$200) directly to the crew at the dock before boarding. This is subject to on-site conditions; as each ferry has a different capacity, we cannot guarantee there will be enough space on deck on the day. Please arrive as early as possible.
If you are bringing any pets on board, please bring a quarantine certificate. Small pets must be in a cage or pet bag to enter the cabin. Large dogs are not allowed in the cabin and must be leashed, muzzled, and secured on the outer deck. Please carry your microchip certificate and rabies vaccination certificate with you.
Before booking, please ensure that your International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by your country of residence is valid for car rental services in Taiwan.
Due to Taiwan law, holders of driver's licenses from South Korea, Thailand, and China are not permitted to rent vehicles in Taiwan.
Please wear a helmet at all times while riding. Drunk driving or operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs is strictly prohibited.
Please note that scooter rental passengers must pay for their own fuel.
