- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 20 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no latecomers will be allowed.
- Passengers are advised to take the originally scheduled outbound ferry. If tourists miss the originally scheduled flight, they need to purchase an additional one-way outbound boat ticket on site (fare 250/person). The original return time will need to be rescheduled on site.
- Children 2 years old and above are priced the same as adults.
- Check-in time is 15:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 the next day. Passengers who arrive early can store their luggage in the lobby first.
- Guests who book a room can store their luggage before entering the room or after checking out. Please take your valuables with you. The hotel is not responsible for the storage.
- Coral reef fishing depends on the tide conditions of the day and will be arranged by the operator on the day.
- Snorkeling is only a complimentary activity in the plan. It is a simple snorkeling without an instructor. It comes with a frog scope and no snorkel. If you are unable to do the snorkeling activity due to bad weather, refunds will not be included. Please note that.
Reminders
Due to the impact of the epidemic, the number of boats has decreased. If the boat schedule changes, it will be notified one day before departure. If the boat schedule has not been changed, no further notice will be given. Please refer to the final certificate. The return ferry is scheduled by the shipping company the day before according to the number of people on the day, and will be notified at the time of registration on the day.
If the flight is canceled due to bad weather or irresistible natural factors on the day of the itinerary, a full refund can be made.
Taiwanese passengers must have and present a motorcycle driver's license, and foreign passengers must also prepare an international driver's license; if a legal driver's license is not presented, the motorcycle cannot be obtained.
Passengers under the age of 2 must pay RMB 100 for infant shipping insurance at the counter of the New Beihai Speedboat.
